Shopify Integration - Phone Number

Phone Number Required

Instabox uses phone number as our main communication channel with consumers—from tracking updates to receiving pin-codes. In order for Shopify to work—phone number is required.

1. Go to Settings in the lower left corner of the page. This is the settings of your store and not the Instabox app. Select Checkout.

Store -> Settings -> Checkout

2. Scroll down to Customer information and go to the Shipping address phone number section and select Required.
